Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the handloom product is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and artisanal packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Refund Processing
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
